 Dear Jessica,

 We are quite pleased with the service and results from our move yesterday, August 28^th2020. We had some large bulky (and heavy) items that needed to be moved to two separate locations. The two movers arrived on time (we even had a text message that they were on the way) and managed the move and loading, as well as the unloading very well. They shrink wrapped some items that we hadn’t wrapped because they “just wanted to be careful”. They were careful of our woodwork and walls to avoid damage and they stowed the items carefully in their truck to avoid damage in transit. All in all a very positive move for us and we recommend Santos to anyone with a moving requirement.

I have used Santo Movers twice as part of a difficult and multi-faceted move.  They are extremely professional and accommodating. It was predicted to rain on the first day that we scheduled.  They called me to find out if I would like to reschedule so that we would not have to deal with a wet, muddy move.   I did reschedule and there was no fee.  The movers arrived on time, both times, and are young, fit, enthusiastic guys who work hard until the job is done.   They are very upbeat and will happily do whatever the job requires. They did not damage one wall, one floor, or one item of furniture.  For example, once I had pads on the bottom of the furniture, I told them that they could slide it, around the room to place it, they would not do it but insisted on picking it up so it would not damage the floor in the least little bit.  They took their shoes off to move over my newly installed rugs.  They will disassemble anything – I had them take apart a very difficult & heavy stepper.  They had the tools, did it, wrapped it up to protect the parts and offered to reassemble it. Before I committed to an appointment, Santos Moving had me fill out an inventory form that enabled them to give me a quote.  Their quote was very accurate. These guys are professional “gems” in an industry that in my experience, has a lot of sleez-y characters and “bait & switch” pricing schemes. America needs more entrepreneurs like Santos Movers. They believe in good old fashioned hard work and a quality product. Quite unique these days!

I have used Santos Moving several times now, and I find that Santos’ movers are, simply stated, professionals. My move has been seamless every time thanks to their hard work and efforts. My belongings are always safe, the movers are always on time, and their pricing is more than fair. The moves are fast and efficient, and the guys are friendly and pleasant to talk to. I have had huge moves, and small moves. Either way, it’s all handled the same way each time. With care. My prized possession is my HUGE $2600 elliptical that rarely fits right into any space. Santos’ moving takes it apart carefully with each move, and assemble it in the same manner. There is never a problem for them. I have referred Santos Moving to several friends, and I will use their services in the future.

We had to plan and coordinate 2 moves from a large house. First, we moved partial contents to an apartment and then 3 weeks moved the remaining contents to a smaller house. Everyone at Santos Moving was helpful at every turn. They came to the house the prior day to prepare all of the furniture etc for the move. All of the furniture was wrapped in pads and then shrink wrap. They were most accommodating in making sure that everything was placed exactly where we wanted it, including large, heavy tools and equipment. They worked quickly and efficiently. They even disposed of several large items for us. We would definitely recommend them and use them again.

We recently moved from Hopkinton to a smaller home in Northbridge and hired Santos Moving to help us with the move. After researching movers online, I was impressed with the reviews they had received and decided to give them a call. From that first phone call with Jessica to the in-home meeting with Berto, I knew we would be in good hands. They and the rest of the crew were very professional and accommodating from start to end. Our move took three days; a day of prep (key move) to wrap furniture, a day to load the trucks, and a day to unload. They were very careful with all of our furniture and boxes and not a single thing was damaged, including our walls! Although the process of moving can be a very stressful experience, they came at it with a very calm approach, receiving phone calls from Jessica each day to check how everything was going. It was great working with a smaller business that provides that personal touch. The next time we need a mover, whether for a small job or for a whole house move, we will certainly call Santos Moving again.
